Featherdale provides more than students' ticking worksheets and learning facts. A day at Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park for your students allows them to gain respect for animals large and small while getting close to a wide range of Australian Native Animals and others from around the world.
Our leafy wildlife park also provides possibilities for teachers to introduce the importance of habitat conservation and habits that the children can adopt in their daily lives to help our natural environment.
We believe that conservation begins with educating the next generation from a young age, and that is what a Featherdale Wildlife Park Excursion can do for your preschool, school, or community group. Find out more about our commitment to Conservation
*Additional charges apply.
Our NEW Education Adventures program is $20 per students, and Self-guided program is $15 per student. Check out the program information above.
Guests cannot hold a Koala. It is against the law in the State of New South Wales to hold a Koala without the appropriate professional accreditation. However our NEW Education Adventures program includes a Personal Koala Encounter per student, which offers the opportunity to gently and respectfully pat a koala, as well as receive a souvenir photo of this special moment to take home. Schools that book our Self-guided program have the option to add a Personal Koala Encounter per student for an additional $10 per student.
