Diet: Nectar, blossoms, insects and fruit.

Habitat: Eucalypt forests, woodlands with scrub layers particularly on water courses.

Breeding: Breeds mostly during August to January and lays 2 eggs in a cup nest made of bark strips, grass and cobwebs.
